The above link has exercises that everyone can do at home. If you need a break during homework, pick one of these exercises out and give it a go. Commercial break on TV? Get some abs in. All of these exercises are done without weights, however if you have a set of weights at home feel free to add them to most of the exercises.
I will be changing and adding different exercises up until the season starts. If you have a good exercise you would like to share with your team, you know how to get a hold of me!
Remember, there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure. We got very close last year, lets get there this year.
